All dishes will be prepared fresh to order, 100% vegan friendly and served in environmentally friendly, biodegradable plant plastic to take away or in a traditional diner sundae glass to eat in.
From May 20th 2019 visit Rudy’s Dirty Vegan Diner at North Yard, Camden Market, London, NW1 8AH.
Camden Market has some of London’s best vegan and vegetarian food stalls and restaurants, all preparing fresh and tasty food. In fact, Rudy’s Dirty Vegan Diner is part of the ever growing and diverse selection of vegan dining options available daily at Camden Market.
Rudy’s Dirty Vegan Diner is the brainchild of former primary school teacher, Ruth (Rudy) Mumma and vegan chef, Matthew Foster. Having spent the best part of 2 decades teaching children the national curriculum in America, on moving to London, Ruth was introduced to veganism by Matthew, who made her realise that there were other choices that children needed to be aware of. Matthew Foster, Head Chef at the diner has been working in F&B for the last 25 years. Having gained a wealth of experience and expertise working across the industry, from fine dining to gastro pub to street food cuisine, his dream has always been to create and serve diner style food. Not only is it the food he enjoys most, but, if done well, believes it can’t fail to provide comfort and make people smile.
