Neuhaus, the inventor of the famous Belgian praline, has opened its flagship boutique in St Pancras International. To celebrate the occasion, the Maître Chocolatiers of Neuhaus have created a chocolate version of London’s Big Ben, all from 45kg of Neuhaus dark Belgian chocolate.

The hand-made statue which stands taller that 1 metre, took the creators over 100 hours to make and will be available to view exclusively at Neuhaus at St Pancras International.

The handiwork, made entirely from delightful Belgian chocolate, is enthused by London’s iconic Big Ben. With four clock faces, dials and delicate lifelike windows, the statue is a real visual treat.

In the store, you can uncover a collection of more than 60 delicious Belgian chocolates. The chocolates are all made with the optimum ingredients of natural origin, made with the utmost care by the Neuhaus Maître Chocolatiers. Each praline has its own shape, flavour and name. All Neuhaus chocolates are made in Belgium, in their ateliers in Brussels.
