Camden Council has secured over £1 million of funding to regenerate Queen’s Crescent.
Camden Council got the funding from the Mayor of London’s Good Growth Fund. It will be invested in Queen’s Crescent to do improvement works that will help better serve the Camden and Gospel Oak community, with support for the local market.
Queen’s Crescent is one of London’s oldest street markets, and is open every Thursday and Saturday. The much-needed improvements will tidy up the area and provide a cleaner and better location for the stalls. There are up to 90 stalls.
Go and support the traders of Queen’s Crescent. When the planned works have been completed you can be guaranteed that it will be a bigger, better market.
