Camden’s iconic music and performance venue, KOKO, went up in flames on Monday night with severe damaged caused.

The venue, located on Camden High Street, caught fire around 9pm on Monday, with three fire engines and over 50 firefighters tackling the blaze.

A large part of the roof was damaged, and the fire services confirmed that the fire was under control at approximately 3am.

The damage to KOKO has yet to be assessed, and locals are thankful to the firefighters.

KOKO is one of the many music venues in Camden Town, with a long history of hosting some of the best local and international bands.
