Travel around London using the bus network has been free since April 20th, however the free travel has now come to an end.

As of today, May 23rd, the fares come back into play. 85 bus routes, those using the new Routemaster bus, will require contactless payment.

TFL is hoping to operate 100% of its service frequency in a short period of time. However, they are saying that only essential travel should take place.

TFL and the Mayor of London recommend walking, jogging, or cycling for those who can, to get to their places of work.

In these uncertain times, the cleaning of buses and Underground trains has reached new levels.

Need to catch a ride on the bus? You’ll have to pay again, and remember to wear a mask and gloves.
