Eurostar has announced that from April 4th 2018, trains will go direct from London to Amsterdam.

This new route will take an estimated 3 hours and 41 minutes, departing from London’s Eurostar terminal at St Pancras.

Visitors looking to travel to London from Amsterdam can do so too, initially with a stop in Brussels for a change to clear passport control. A direct route to London planned for 2019.

More than 4 million people make this trip each year between the two cities, and with Eurostar starting this travel route these numbers are expected to increase. The great news for those travelling from Amsterdam to get the Eurostar: it’s now even quicker and easier than ever before to get to Camden Town – St Pancras is only two stops away on the London Underground (Northern Line) from Camden Town underground station.
