The British Museum is one of the world’s best museums, covering all aspects of history. There has been a new addition to the objects in the Egyptian department.
The boots of footballer Mohamed Salah have their spot in the British Museum, in honour of the Liverpool player’s magnificent season. Salah, from Egypt, was voted as the best player of the year and won the Golden Boot award.
His boots are on display in the build-up to the Champions League final, in which Liverpool will battle it out against Real Madrid.
The British Museum is located in the Borough of Camden and is a must-see for any visitor to London. It is free to visit and opens at 10am daily.
