Camden Town is blessed with some of the best pubs in London. Historic, welcoming, and with energy.
In no particular order, here are some of the must-visit pubs in Camden Town.
The World’s End
Two bars, a mezzanine level, and a huge selection of beers, The World’s End is the largest pub in Camden with one of the longest histories.

The Elephant’s Head
Elephant’s Head is always a favourite among visitors to Camden. A perfect location, choice of drinks, and a fine history – it dates back to 1832!

The Golden Lion
If you’re after good pub food, this one should be at the top of the list. Friendly owners, great service, and possibly the best Sunday Roast anywhere in London.

The Devonshire Arms
You’ve not fully experienced Camden if you’ve not been to ‘The Dev’, Camden’s most metal bar. A place with attitude, you’ll soak up the environment.

Cocktails, anyone? Then, let’s meet at Fifty Five Bar! Amazing cocktails, nicely decorated, and a decent food menu too. It’s not full of tourists and shoppers, so a good choice for a sit down and a drink.
You might remember this as Camden Barfly. The Assembly still has the impressive music venue upstairs, regularly hosting local and international bands. The food from Burger & Beyond is worth the visit alone.
